**Processing Time**

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

**Domestic Shipping (United States)**

We offer the following shipping options:

- **Free Standard Shipping** on all domestic orders over $55

- **Weight-Based Rates** from $6.90–$19.90 depending on order weight

- **Carrier-Calculated Rates** available at checkout for expedited options

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days for standard shipping.

**International Shipping**

We ship to 27 countries internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

**Perishable Items — Important Notice**

Our hot sauces are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration. However, to ensure the best quality:

-We recommend selecting expedited shipping during warm weather month

- Keep refrigerated after opening

- We are not responsible for product quality if delivery is delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout

- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right
